You can choose what works best for you: 1:1 Personal Training, Couples Training, Group Classes, Guided Workout Plans, or Guided Plans with Exercise Videos. Everything is designed to fit into your lifestyle, not disrupt it.

How does it all work?
Live sessions happen on Google Meet. You will stay connected with me through WhatsApp support and weekly check ins. If you choose a guided plan, you will follow a structured routine with access to your exercise video library if needed.

Do I need a gym?
Nope 🙂 You can absolutely train from home. I will design your workouts based on what you have access to, whether it's full equipment or just a yoga mat.

Do I have to follow a strict diet?
Not here. I do not believe in extreme or restrictive diets. Instead, I will guide you using your regular meals, helping you make better choices step by step, something you can actually stick to.

How soon will I see results?
You will start feeling better within the first few weeks with more energy, better routine, and a clearer mindset. Physical changes like fat loss and strength come with consistency, usually over 2 to 3 months.

Yes, you can join. Being a doctor and trainer, I make sure your plan is safe, realistic, and suited to your body. The focus is always on long term health, not quick fixes.

Cancellations or refunds?
All programs are non refundable. But I understand that life happens, so sessions can be rescheduled with prior notice of at least 24 hours. Missed sessions without notice will not be carried forward.

1 Month Program
1 week (3 sessions),continuous attendance required.
Rescheduling
Strict no sudden cancellation policy to maintain momentum.
Emergencies
Rescheduling permitted only under proven emergency conditions.
Group Sessions
1 Month Bundle
No pause permitted. Program must be completed sequentially.
3 Month Commitment
Maximum 1 week pause permitted during the cycle.
6 Month Vision
2 weeks pause (continuous or split into 2 separate weeks).
Missed Sessions
Wont be rescheduled or added to the end unless absolute emergency.
