We collect information you provide when creating an account, booking sessions, or uploading health documents,including your name, email address, health metrics (height, weight, age), and lab reports.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used exclusively to deliver personalised fitness coaching and session management services. We do not sell or share your personal health data with third parties.
3. Health Data
All health-related documents (lab reports) are stored in private, access-controlled storage. Only you and authorised administrators can access your clinical documents. Files are served via time-limited signed URLs and are never publicly accessible.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security (RLS) enforced at the database level. We use HTTPS for all data transmission and enforce authentication on all protected routes.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also delete your account through the platform settings.
