A doctor, a certified fitness coach, and someone who didn't just study fitness, but found it when I needed it the most.
Growing up, movement was always a part of my life. From basketball courts to swimming pools, from badminton to trying out gymnastics, athletics, and yoga. I was always active in some form.
But like many people, life shifted.
The Turning Point
The real turning point came during one of the most stressful phases of my life, preparing for NEET PG. The pressure, the uncertainty, the constant mental load… and honestly, not even being sure if I wanted to continue in medicine.
That's when I turned to strength training and yoga. Not for aesthetics. Not for weight loss. But to feel better.

The Shift
And slowly, something changed. I wasn't just managing stress better. I was thinking clearer, feeling stronger, and showing up differently in my daily life. Of course, stress didn't disappear. But I finally had a way to handle it.

The Real Talk
But here's something I don't talk about enough: I've struggled with consistency too. Late nights. Irregular routines. Not eating on time. Loving food (still do). Starting things and not always sticking to them.
And I realized something important: It's not about lack of discipline. It's about not having a system that actually fits your life.
Once I understood the importance of routine, structure, and balance, everything changed. Not just physically, but mentally. And that's exactly what I bring into my coaching today.
